By accessing or using TriggerAgentic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TriggerAgentic is a task management application that helps individuals and teams organize, track, and manage their work. The Service includes features such as task creation, project organization, time tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriggerAgentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
